We operate under Ca braider laws which do not permit us to wash hair or use heat/chemicals directly on clients’ hair. all clients must arrive with their hair cleaned and product-free.

please no perfumes, scented locations, or body oils.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW REGARDING COVID19 RULES FOR APPOINTMENTS AND NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS:

As we appreciate your business during this climate, there's a new normal that we as business owners and lessors must abide by.

we will do our best to notify you of any schedule changes as we work under County/ State Mandates for COVID19.

If you are sick, not feeling well, or have a cough or cold, please reschedule your appointment. Failure to comply may result in appointment rescheduling or cancellation with a nonrefundable deposit retained. Rescheduling will be open to availability at that current time. 

Masks are preferred but not required at this time.

Clients may bring work materials ( ie Laptop, tablet devices) If traveling in, we ask that luggage be left at the hotel or in a car due to limited suite space.

No additional guests. 

ESA/ psa & Service animals welcome with prior approval. 

deposit payments

the deposits are non-refundable and must be paid to book your appointment.

we accept deposit payments via Paypal at beyoutybychar@gmail.com

a confirmation email is sent within 48-72 hours once the deposit is paid.
